-Participate in recruitment events and workshops. -Inform new members of HR Policies -Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting recruitment ads, checking references, and participating in interview -Develop and implement policies related to working conditions, performance management, health and sanitation, leave and absence management, etc. -Conduct the orientation for new staff -Organize staff training sessions, actively search for training & development opportunities -Monitor and manage time & attendance of staff -Prepare administrative documents as needed -All other task as assigned by manager

-Preferred 1 years of Human Resources experience -Preferred educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration -Experience in research, Microsoft Office applications and Computer Literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet & E-mail) -Female are priority
