- Receive order from oversea customers, issue PO to warehouse and forward to Planning depart. - Create Profoma and send to customer. - Data entry into company database system (ERP system), and extract invoice and PKS - Receive packing list handing from stock at warehouse - Check quotation with forwarder and price comparison, Research for new forwarders - Prepare letter (MoH permit) to request permit and Submit to Ministry of Health - Submit request “CO” to Ministry of Commerce - Submit VGM and Draft BL to shipping line and confirm BL - Buying Insurance for each shipment - Submit expenses of each shipment to Finance department - Prepare weekly report and monthly report - Perform other tasks assigned by the management
