- Booking all Purchase Order that made by Manager - Control and Record all inventory damaged/expired. - Reconciled inventory physical count. - Daily Sale report send to boss. - Control and Record internal usage items. - Issue debit/credit note when having discrepancy between arrival and bill from vendor. - Solving any problems related to discrepancy between system and actual stock to issue invoice. - Set up for new productions and updated. - Prepare monthly report of Total Inventory Cost - Monthly report about inventory damaged/expired - Reconcile inventory and Prepare monthly report. - Prepare monthly sale detail report and total by customers and product brand. - Prepare monthly report of Sale by Items and Sale man. - Arrival List of Container monthly - Local Purchase monthly report - Weekly updated stock report. - Other reports that required by Management.

- At least graduated bachelor degree of Business Administrative or relevant fields. - Preferable with experience in using Sage ERP Accpac 6.0 Accounting System. - Healthy and strong physical abilities to pick up heavy things. - Willing to learn and patient to adapt with new product arrangement. - 3 years’ experience involved with stock/inventory arrangement is a plus.
