- Conduct market sizing surveys to determine size of desired customer segments and the profitability of each segment. Develop marketing programs to attract desired customers from each segment - Conduct periodic competitive surveys to determine the competitiveness of our products and services and recommend actions and positioning changes.so - Identification of marketing opportunities to promote our brand, products and services so as to achieve our financial and business targets - Develop, formulate and articulate marketing and business strategies and tactics based on the changing market and competitive environment i.e. find out what customers need and want and come up with plans and promotions to attract them - Develop customer loyalty programs to reward and recognize customers so as to retain and deepen relationships - Track, monitor and analyze campaign AND communicate results so as to improve product packaging and design, the competitiveness of our products, changes to product guidelines, features, pricing and benefits - Responsible for ensuring all customer and public communications are professional, high quality, updated/timely, relevant (not obsolete/expired), attractively designed and convey our brand values. This applies to our web site, brochures, social media communications, ATM screens, posters, stickers, etc etc - Maximize and optimize the use of appropriate delivery channels to ensure the success and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. This should include the use of data base marketing, CRM, etc. - Undertake customer, product and delivery channel profitability studies to determine their effectiveness and continued use - Manage the call center to ensure quality service and sales delivery over the phone. Conduct mystery shops to check on the timeliness, accuracy, professionalism and friendliness of our agents - All other duties and matters ancillary to the above that Management may require from time to time.
