** Position Summary The Operation Associate will be responsible for planning & executing operational activities related to by- truck operations involving all the file management & operations activities post booking. The incumbent has to act as the owner of the job file and will also be responsible for creating & updating of cross-border documents & customer invoices. This role will need to closely coordinate with overseas team, customer service, clearance team, warehouse and trucking team as necessary to ensure that best in class service is given to our customers. - Closely communicate and coordinate with overseas team and local team - Check daily update info in the system and export it out for further usage - Update shipment status to clients as per inquiries - Pre-alert to customers as per cargo arrival destination - Cross-check actual quantity of cargo with border team and once arrives Phnom Penh Warehouse and report right away if found any discrepancies - Do the neat report for lost and found or broken cargo - Inform to warehouse and trucking team for their readiness and delivery as per planned - Collect delivery note from trucking/warehouse team and issue invoice/debit note for payment - Coordinate with accounting team for payment settlement from clients if necessary - Close file status after received full payment - Ensure document is checked, verified, sort and count accurately before upload/dispatch to client - Drive closure for any outstanding tasks/issues - Problem solving by involving/communicating with relevant stakeholders as to ensure we all aware and know what action to be taken from each function

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related disciplines - At least 1 year experience in Operations / Customer service teams in the freight forwarding sector is preferable - Comprehensive Thai and English communication (Other languages are advantages) - Good computer literate especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook - Dynamic, rigorous, open minded, highly committed and timely manner - Good team player and interpersonal skill - Well organized when working under pressure ** Application Information Job Location: Room202, 2nd Floor, Saphir Bldg, St. 259, Sangkat Teuk Laork I Khan Tuol Kork, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
