1. Lead the sales team into action to improve sales productivities efficiency and effectively. 2. Promote CAS-BIZ products via online and offline marketing. 3. Develop and implement strategy plans, marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve CAS-BIZ’s objectives and target plan. 4.Be initiative and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to operation manager to produce the highest possible long-term marketing. 5.Establish and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. 6. Establish and maintains CAS-BIZ reputation throughout all product lines and work ethics, promotional materials, and events. 7. Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs. 8. Meets with key clients and support the inside sales in maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. 9. Prepares and share sales and marketing report and sales expectation at weekly meeting sales volume, and potential sales always be updated.
