. Support and develop HR initiatives . Participate in recruitment events, workshops, and client demos · Inform new members of HR Policies · Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting recruitment ads, checking references, and participating in interviews · Develop and implement policies related to working conditions, performance management, health and sanitation, leave and absence management, etc. · Conduct the orientation for new staff · Organize staff training sessions, actively search for training & development opportunities · Monitor and manage time & attendance of staff · Prepare administrative documents as needed · All other task as assigned by manager
