- Be friendly and welcome customers / visitors - Meet and greet visitors, ensuring that visitors sign in and out of the site if required - Deal with inquiry both on phone and face to face with customers and visitors - Providing information regarding the services - Report any issues or suggestions to the Operations Manager - Ensuring that all equipment functions properly and notify to management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairing - Monitoring the cleanliness and equipment in common rooms or sharing spaces put in proper conditions.  - Assisting the Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Officer with their day to day duties; - Other duties as assigned

- Good appearance - At least high school or undergraduate student - Experience in front desk operations hospitality is preferred - Positive attitude, friendly with customer service experience. - Good communication skills of English Chinese (other language welcomed)  - Ability to work unsupervised
