- To supervise and guide sales representatives those are under their assigned areas. - To execute promotional and merchandising activities in the outlets. - To plan and implement​​ promotion through the sales representative. - To manage distribution channel to achieve overall company objective. - To generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. - Performance other related tasks as needed.

- Bachelor degree in Marketing or other related fields. - At least 2 years experiences in sales preferably in FMCG industry. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Good English skills (writing and speaking). - Good team management. Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented. - Positive attitude to direction and able to work under pressure. - Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Internet & Email. - Respect and support Goodhill’s vision, mission and core values
