** Duties - Develop, maintain, analyze budgets, and prepare financial reports - Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and procedural standards - Compute and analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenue, financial commitments, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice - Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology - Prepare forms for accounting and bookkeeping - Arranging work order & delivery with Sales team - Monthly stock control & physical count & do stock report - Monthly stock control in QB for tax purpose - Follow up payment status and do monthly report to GM&MD; - Doing monthly tax declaration - Doing yearly tax declaration - Able to do yearly closing account - Be involved with event arrangement - Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager

- Bachelor degree of accounting - Be responsible and self-motivated - Be able to work and organize independently - Be able to handle multiple tasks under pressure - Friendly, honest, hardworking - Willing to work and learn - At least 1 or 2 years experiences - PC skills: Ms. Quick Books - Able to speak English ** Salary range from $300 to $350 (under probation) After probation increase $50
