Admin Clerk/ Sales clerk: - Keep and maintain contractor related document for director reference - Record minute of meeting for director - Meeting arrangement/ appointment for Director - Assist Director in translation and Interpretation of Khmer Document. - Must have 1~2 years' experience with construction side admin office - Basic Computer knowledge(Ms Word, Excel...) - Position attitude and well report admin situation to Manager/ director - Maintain sales report - Arrange rental contract/ S&P - Co-ordinate with lawyer for S&P preparation - Maintain tenant/ purchaser record - Maintain mthly collection report - Issuing sales/ rental invoice and prepare the sales report
