** USAID/WASHPaLS is seeking proposals from eligible entities to carry out endline data collection as part of the impact evaluation of the NOURISH project. Data collection includes household surveys, anthropometric measures of children, logistics support for the collection and transport of stool samples, and possibly anemia testing of children and their primary caregiver. ** It is anticipated that USAID/WASHPaLS will award at least one Firm Fixed Price contract from this solicitation, with an implementation period from July to October 2019.
