- Plan, control, and monitor, maintenance (CMMS), RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis), and improvements - Perform production equipment are in the good condition to run smooth process & production - Control the quality of work done by subordinates and contractors - Provide and conduct daily & weekly performance evaluation and provide plan for improvement - Continuous improvement on technical availability through TPM Analise the breakdown in daily base - Installs, maintains, repairs, overhauls, calibrates and tests a Brewery equipment & instrumentation - Troubleshoots all machines and process controller hardware, maintains a functional knowledge of the operation of the system software and hardware. - Makes periodic preventative maintenance inspections of all machines and control systems. Diagnosing existing or potential trouble; cleans, lubricates, calibrates and adjusts as conditions indicate - Read and interprets wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications in making installations or performing major repair work. - Perform routine coaching and develop subordinates to improve their performances and to enhance their skills and professional knowledge. - Give an idea for improvement and modification for better result. - Proactive and involve in energy saving and others main KPIs improvement program.

- Diploma degree in Engineering Electric / Instrumentation / Automation or similar - 2 to 3 years’ experience in an Electric / Instrumentation / Automation manufacturing environment, Utilities Plants - Good English and computer The company has meal allowance and transportation.
