-Execution of the Upper Myanmar commercial strategy in the on-trade channel -key on-trade customers to sell our products -Drive visibility in the on-trade through Point of Sales materials -Educate on and off premise establishment with product knowledge and sales techniques -Educate wholesalers in knowledge on our core categories -Supporting key on-trade customers to increase rotation of our brands via promotions and events -Tracking Customer execution in Sales Force performance

Jobs Requirement

-Bar Manager or Bar tender -Have proven experience of sales in the on-trade channel -Self-motivated, driven, and have a genuine desire to learn and take on new challenges. -Have a clear drive and a proven track record in sales and for creating outstanding results -A team player -Naturally curious and have a true drive to continuously improve -Appreciate the importance of measuring performance -Put the consumer at the center of everything you do from a commercial perspective -Work well under sometimes conflicting priorities and deadlines -Are able to focus on focus deliverables and with a clear sense of urgency -Are excited about and identify with Mandalay Rum as a brand and a company -Have a valid driver’s license
