Jobs Description

Indentify and develop business opportunities and expand new customer for assigned territory. Conduct sales visit and understand customer requirtment to meet their needs to build a solid long-term relationships with team. Achieve monthly / annual sales , gross margin and market shares target set by management. Liaise with internal department to c0-ordinate activities in executing orders. Increase the market share by building strong rapport and engaging in negotiations with customers. Conduct competitor analysis , report preparation on business landscape and supply movements. Provide timely feednacks to Managemnet regarding sales and performance of accounts. Roll out marketing initiatives such as new product launch, new trade channels and promotional campagns. Review and resolve problem/ concerns which includes customers complaints, quality control issues, warranty issues, logistics and other installation issues. Other daily duties include executing takeoffs & quotes, follow up and closely work with Sales team and customers. Handle post-sales submittal and order entry work and assist with project management duties once the order has shipped for the customer or stock. Travel to meet with customers Lead both Project and Retail Sales Team. Preferably have knowledge with office Furniture.

Jobs Requirement

Minimum 5 years work experience. Good command of English is a must. String leadership skill , innovative and target driven Sales result oriented to achieve targets Ability to prioritize to execute plans. Good communication and presentation skills Aggressive and sales driven Possess a good network of customer sales Willing to travel and work independently without much guidance Indenpendence , proactive , fast-leaner and must have positive working attitude. Good team player . And also must be good at customet service both external and internal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications especiall Excel, Words and Powerpoint. Strong numerical sense with excellent analytiacl Pleasant personality and Strong interpersonal skills Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Able to work overtime or weekends(if nesessary)
