The Education Center Manager is one of senior positions within Little Genius. The Education Center Manager is responsible for the development and management of staff and delivery of classes which belong to the Education Center. This position will actively liaise with staff to discuss, determine, and plan the most appropriate configuration of classes with the aim of delivering a consistent, high-quality student experience. This position is responsible for the growth and direction of the Education Center and must take responsibility for its current and continued success.

1. Professional Experience Mandatory • Proven track record in education development • Experience in developing and implementing class curriculum, schedules and resources • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and managing teams • Proven ability to mentor and develop staff Preferred • 5+ years’ experience in developing academic courses (ideally within kindergarten and primary school) • Experience with academic administration & accounting • High level ability to identify market trends 2. Competencies – skills, knowledge & abilities Essential • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines • Superior attention to detail, to ensure all content developed is accurate and free of errors • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage complex tasks • Proven ability to successfully participate as a productive team member, leader / mentor or work autonomously as required. • Demonstrated superior negotiation skills • Fluent in both Vietnamese & English Desirable • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills • Experienced working with Microsoft Office suite and project management software Qualifications Mandatory • A Bachelor degree in education, management, or related discipline Preferred • A Master’s degree in education, management, or related discipline • First aid qualification
