• Supervise and guide the Sales Rep. and Beer promoter Officer that is under his/her assigned areas. To ensure that performance are at optimal level; • Monitor closely the sales performance of the company’s brands and products to ensure that sales volumes and targets are achieved; • Measure and evaluate the performance of the sales force and distributor; • Execute promotional and merchandising and representatives in negotiation of sponsorship and contracts; • Managing the distribution and to ensure that the distributors achieve their set targets; • Generating daily, weekly and monthly sale reports; • Ensuring that all claims are complies with company policy; and • Other assignment may require to do time by time.

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Major in Marketing or other related field. • Able to flexible working hour • Experience to travel around their province • Hard work, Team work and responsible work • Good communications (oral & written Khmer/English) skills • Strong commitment and result-oriented attitude • Possess valid driving license is a must
