Jobs Description

-Provides comprehensive secretarial support to the Cross-Campus Principal including incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone messages, diary -management, meeting scheduling and minute taking, filing and preparation of correspondence, monitoring relevant budgets and processing budget requests as required. -Provides support to the Cross-Campus Principal and the Assistant Principal, Professional Learning on academic Performance Management (PM) including scheduling meetings, PM assessments and coordination of PM related administration both online and hard copy. -Provides support on the CIS accreditation process including document and report preparation, coordination with the visiting CIS accreditation team, meeting scheduling and set-up and other CIS-related activities. -Provides administrative support for a variety of cross-campus projects including academic ICT implementation, environmental initiatives, curriculum continuity, academic policies and any other initiatives as required. -Compiles and prepares request forms for stationery supplies, liaising with internal departments to ensure that items are properly received both during term-time and school holidays. -Issues event forms and food requests for function set-up and coordinates with other departments for additional arrangements as required. -Performs any other duty as may be required and agreed with the supervisor.

Jobs Requirement

-Educated to an appropriate academic level e.g.: Bachelors in Business Administration or a related field. -Relevant experience in a relevant secretarial / personal assistant role preferably within an international environment. -Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with a broad spectrum of individuals. -Methodical, well organised with a diligent approach to detail. -Able to support and balance a number of simultaneous tasks and competing demands through effective prioritisation and clear, ongoing communications -Pro-active, with a “can do” attitude. Ability to problem solve and anticipate issues. -Sound working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Familiar with Google Applications (Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Google Presentations) -Willingness to learn new software applications -Fluency in Thai and English
