-Provide the management report including analysis details of financial statements using financial ratios to support each of department KPI and performance evaluation. -Proactive analysis of variances and communication of issues and opportunities to operations management. -Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues. -Preparation of the budget and financial forecasts on yearly and quarterly basis -Prepare Financial report compare between Budget , Actual and last year together with comment given department Head together with support information to head office in US on monthly result with commentary -Support departmental need for ad-hoc reporting and presentations including business reviews and management presentations. Key contact for analysis requests from the business units -Preparing local statutory financial reports and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and adherence to standard accounting principles and practices. (IFRS and GAAP) -Authorizing and approving expenses, capital expenditures and bank transactions.Identifying opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency gains. -Managing all tax matters including income tax, tax returns, tax refunds and half-year and year-end tax submissions. -Forecast and manage the organisations short and midterm cash flow position based on its revenues, liabilities, credit conditions and other financial indicators -Handling all Reinsurance business transaction together with Follow up and improve process on this area

-Male or female, aged 40-45 years old, Thai nationality. -Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. -At least10 years of experience in accounting. -External/internal audit experiences are preferable. -Good command of spoken and written English. -Good computer ability in MS Office, PeopleSoft experience is preferable. -Responsible and high attention to detail.
