* Responsible for general guests’ food as: * Cooking, making, preparing, sanitation and fast service. * Spread all the information about unavailable something to the Executive Chef such as: vegetables, meats, seafood or other foods …etc. * List down for all the vegetables, meats, seafood in good order and clearly after using. * Report all food sale and food requirement for the next day to the Executive Chef. * Daily inventory, cost report of selling foods to Executive Chef. * Perform other duties as may be assigned.
