Prior sales experience Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Problem-solving skills under tight deadlines Experience delegating tasks and leading teams Ability to work a variety of shifts based on business and seasonal needs including holidays and weekends Ability to effectively network and maintain relationships High attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience in photography or wedding planning a plus Positive attitude Ability to innovate and lead Goal driven but team player A passion for the wedding industry An understanding of various wedding cultures Wedding Industry Experience is a plus
