Lead and support plant continuous improvement activities aligned to the Plant specific technology plan (PSTP). Partners with experts to develop and implement a robust PSTP that aligns with facility long term strategy goals (EH&S improvement, reliability improvement, cost reduction). Facilitate the development and upkeep of the site electrical strategies for LAO, SRW, and SCO. Partner with plant operations and maintenance personnel to identify and track performance indicators to be used in identification of technology gaps and continuous improvement opportunities. Develop and implement value improving projects to meet those business and tech center objectives. Serve as Manufacturing Representative and/or Project Manager on capital and expense projects utilizing global project methodology (GPM) tools. Assist the run plant team by sharing assignments during high work load periods, providing technical support, leading root cause investigations (RCIs), etc. Leverage electrical technology improvements by employing Most Effective Technology (MET) and through networking with other Energy Departments and subject matter expects around the globe.
