** Clerk, Credit Operations and Marketing (Location: Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Battambang & Kampong Cham) - Prepare legal documents for signing after loan approval - Monitor and inform customers about repayments - Check daily loan reports - Assist supervisors in sales and marketing to existing and new loan customers - Process the registration of charge on title deeds - Work directly with Sangkat, Khan and Cadastral Office for Title deed registration. - Process the claim from customer after completion of title deed registration. - Prepare the necessary paper work for loan release - Perform other duties assigned by direct supervisors.
