+RESPONSIBILITIES Production Management - Increase the productivity of factory - Make the production plan and control operation - Calculate how many human resource is required following production plan - Make alternative plan when production line faced problem - Calculate and make plan for OT work, judge if OT work is need or not - Control the schedule of production line to hit the due date - Encourage and motivate workers to make better productivity - Reporting task to the manager +REQUIREMENTS - Work experience as production manager for more than 3 years - English for daily business communication (Manager is foreigner) - Able to be stationed in Sihanoukville - Bachelor degree in engineering major +BENEFITS & CONDITIONS Working Time: 7:30～11:30 | 12:30～16:30 Working Days: Mon / Tue / Wed / Thu / Fri / Sat (Half) / Sat (Full) Holiday: Sun / Legal holiday Salary: $ 400 ～ $ 650 Benefit: Lunch Benefit Note: - Negotiable - 3 meals per day
