• In charge of day-to-day management of operations on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget and quality constraints.
• Ensure timely management of any unforeseen delays. Regular monitoring and liaison with the Contracts Supervisor and Project Manager on the Master Programs and development of stage/section programs are required.
• Requisition all materials and oversee the deliveries and ensure they are done in adequate time in line with the construction program and procurement schedule.
• Liaise with the procurement team and other stakeholders to ensure adequate labour and sub-contract resources are available on site.
• Effectively communicate with the Design Team to ensure the timely release of design information.
• Lead, supervise, manage and motivate all site team, including effective management of sub-contractor activities on site, ensuring they are engaged and on target in line with the master program.
• Prepare site documents, make daily work reports​, progress work reports and handover documents to the client.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or any related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a site engineer related to interior work and willing to work overtime.
• Good command of English.
• Computer fluency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal skills, Strong team player, working effectively with all staff members at all levels
• Ability to interpret plans, liaise with clients, architects and project managers.
• Know available materials/products and different techniques and resources available
• Strong planning, problem-solving, team leadership, and cross-department coordination skills.
• Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and able to work under pressure.
