·       Product Advice: Explain telecom products, service plans, hardware, and packages to prospective clients.

·       Customer Consultations: Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate telecom solutions.

·       Sales Generation: Follow up on sales leads, present product options, prepare simple quotes, and close deals.

·       Order Processing: Coordinate sales orders, contract paperwork, and hand off details to internal teams for setup.

·       Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients and answer basic product questions.

·       Telecom Knowledge: Good understanding of telecom products (fiber internet, broadband, basic hardware).

·       Sales Experience: 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience.

·       Language Skills: Fluent in Khmer and English (both spoken and written communication).

·       Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain technical telecom products in easy-to-understand language.

·       Education: High School Diploma or Associate's Degree (Technical certification or Bachelor's is a plus).
