Job Description:

• Packaging Artwork: Produce packaging artwork and dielines for group products and branding, from brief to finished design.
• Prepress Accuracy: Deliver print-ready files with correct specifications, bleeds, and colour to ensure every job runs cleanly on press.
• Brand Consistency: Keep every design aligned with brand guidelines and client specifications across products and campaigns.
• Revisions: Turn around design revisions quickly and accurately while keeping rework to a minimum.
• Studio Workflow: Manage the job queue with the Studio Lead and check every packaging file is print-ready before release.

Job Requirement:

• A strong eye for layout, typography, colour, and detail.
• Solid skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign is a plus).
• Understanding of dielines, bleeds, and print-ready/prepress file setup.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, packaging design, or print design (strong portfolios from fresh talent are welcome).
• Ability to work from a brief, accept feedback, and complete revisions efficiently.
• Organized, reliable, and attentive to file specifications and version control.
• Working proficienc in Khmer; basic English is a plus.
• A portfolio is required. We hire based on the strength of your work, so please include samples of packaging, branding, or print design with your application.

Bonus Points For

• Experience creating packaging or product artwork that has been printed.
• Experience preparing files for offset, digital, or UV printing.
• Comfort working across multiple brands and product lines.
