Objectives of the role

• Conceptual Design 2D and 3D drawing
• Supervise daily architectural construction activities.
• Ensure construction follows approved architectural drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify non-conformance issues.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve site issues
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Monitor project progress against the construction schedule.
• Maintain site records and daily progress reports.
• Review Requests for Information (RFI).
• Update as-built drawings and document site instructions and technical clarifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Professional Architect registration is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction site supervision. Fresh-graduate also could try.
• Experience with commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
• Experience working with consultants and contractors.

Technical Skill

• AutoCAD
• Revit (preferred)
• SketchUp
• Microsoft Office Suite
• BIM coordination (preferred)
