Jobs Description

Conceptual Design 2D and 3D drawing
Supervise daily architectural construction activities.
Ensure construction follows approved architectural drawings and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify non-conformance issues.
Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with project standards.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve site issues
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers.
Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Review shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
Monitor project progress against the construction schedule.
Maintain site records and daily progress reports.
Review Requests for Information (RFI).
Update as-built drawings and document site instructions and technical clarifications

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Professional Architect registration is an advantage.
1–3 years of experience in construction site supervision. Fresh-graduate also could try.
Experience with commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
Experience working with consultants and contractors.
