Jobs Description

Review MEP design drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Coordinate MEP activities with architectural, structural, and civil works.
Develop MEP work schedules aligned with the overall construction program.
Participate in design coordination and project planning meetings.
Identify potential clashes and propose engineering solutions.
Support value engineering initiatives to optimize cost and performance. Update as-built drawings and document site instructions and technical clarifications
Supervise daily MEP installation activities.
Ensure all installations comply with approved shop drawings and specifications.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance.
Verify installation quality and workmanship.
Coordinate site inspections with consultants and clients.
Resolve technical issues during construction.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or MEP Engineering
1–3 years of experience in construction site supervision. Fresh-graduate also could try.
Experience with commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
Experience working with consultants and contractors.
Strong at electrical system, and ELV system
Strong at Plumbing and drainage system
Strong at Mechanical and HVAC System
