Architectural Design Leadership

• Manage and coordinate the Architectural Design and Site Team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of architectural drawings and information.
• Ensure architectural design intent remains consistent with approved layouts, elevations, and authority approvals.
• Review and check architectural drawings, specifications, and construction information prior to submission.
• Prevent unnecessary design changes that may adversely impact construction progress, MEP coordination, or programmer.

Design Quality & Compliance

• Ensure architectural drawings and documents meet required quality standards, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and constructability.
• Ensure alignment between drawings, specifications, and approved design information. approval conditions.

Architectural Interfaces & MEP Support

• Coordinate architectural inputs with MEP, structural, façade, and other disciplines from an architectural coordination perspective, in support of the Deputy Project
• Director’ s overall multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Support MEP layout finalization by ensuring architectural provisions for plant rooms, shafts, ceiling spaces, access, and maintenance requirements are properly incorporated.
• Identify architectural interface risks that may affect MEP installation or construction sequencing, and escalate such issues to the Deputy Project Director.

Project Support & Reporting

• Support the resolution of architectural design issues arising during construction and site coordination.
• Provide regular updates to the Deputy Project Director on architectural design status, coordination issues, and potential risks.
• Assist in responding to site queries and RFIs related to architectural scope, within approved design parameters.
• Support the Project Director in preparing and auditing all technical dossiers and architectural documentation required for statutory submissions and authority approvals.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong understanding of architectural design, construction detailing, and coordination in large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams
• Minimum bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (Chinese). Ability to accurately translate and align technical design intent between international standards and GB/Chinese technical documentation.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in architectural design for large-scale developments, including hotel and office projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior architectural role, such as Architectural Design Manager, Senior Architect, or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing architectural teams and coordinating with consultants and contractors.
