Content Capture

• Regularly visit various construction sites to capture high-quality cinematic footage and professional photography.
• Document project progress, technical team activities, and key construction milestones.
• Ensure excellent visual and audio quality, effectively managing equipment in active construction environments.

Video Editing & Photoshop

• Edit raw footage into professional, engaging video content suitable for various platforms
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop to edit photos and create high-impact thumbnails or social media layouts.
• Maintain a highly organized library of photo and video assets for easy retrieval and future use.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that highlight project excellence and brand identity.
• Introduce innovative ways to tell the "construction story," making complex projects relatable and impressive to the audience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related creative field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or Devinci Resolve.
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording techniques.
• Strong storytelling ability with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Understanding of branding and how to maintain consistency across all video outputs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual communication (English & Khmer) preferred for accessibility and inclusivity.
