Translation Duties

• Translate documents, emails, reports, and business materials between Khmer, English, and Japanese.
• Provide interpretation support during meetings, calls, and business visits.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness of all translations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Assistant Duties

• Provide administrative support to managers and team members.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Support coordination with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Handle filing, data entry, and record keeping.

• JLPT N2 – N1.
• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Languages, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a translator, interpreter, or bilingual assistant (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in English and Japanese (both written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
