Jobs Description

Design leadership:

  • Providing design leadership and guidance on architectural projects, including conceptualization, planning, and execution, ensuring that designs meet client objectives, aesthetic standards, and technical requirements.

Project management:

  • Overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion, including developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and managing resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.

Client engagement:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and serving as the main point of contact for project communications and updates, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Team management:

  • Leading and managing a team of architects, designers, and technical staff, providing mentorship, coaching, and support to foster teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.

Design development:

  • Leading the development and refinement of architectural designs, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.

Technical expertise:

  • Providing technical expertise and guidance on architectural principles, practices, and techniques, including building systems, materials, construction methods, and sustainability strategies, to inform design decisions and resolve technical challenges.

Coordination and collaboration:

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to coordinate project activities, resolve conflicts, and ensure integrated design solutions.

Quality control:

  • Implementing quality control measures to ensure that architectural designs meet industry standards, client expectations, and project requirements, and conducting regular reviews and inspections to verify design integrity and compliance.

Innovation and research:

  • Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and design, and integrating innovative solutions and sustainable practices into architectural designs to enhance project outcomes.

Business development:

  • Participating in business development activities, including networking, client presentations, and proposal writing, to identify new project opportunities, expand client relationships, and grow the firm's architectural practice.

Regulatory compliance:

  • Ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, environmental regulations, and other legal requirements relevant to architectural projects, and obtaining necessary permits and approvals.

Jobs Requirement

Education
