Jobs Description

Idea Generation is a must.
Safeguard and elevate the brand’s identity by ensuring that all design materials adhere to brand guidelines and convey the brand values.
Have an open mind and constantly share progress with the team early and often, which will ensure creative delivery is on brief.
Possess up-to-date design technique and know-how, in both static and moving visuals (such as animation / editing)
Have a strong understanding of art directions and visual hierarchy that reflects the desired mood and tine that goes beyond just the trendiness of a style.
Participate in brainstorming session and deliver progressive ideas.
Stays up to date with the industry technologies and trends.

Jobs Requirement

Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
Social savy.
Be able to critically communicate design concept strategies.
Proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Suite software. (Photoshop and Illustrator are a must), or other visual design / video / social works creating tools.
Have a solid knowledge of photography and video production, illustration, graphic motion and social media.
Must understand design in multiple mediums – print, digital and mobile.
Passion for design, optimistic, open – minded and always thinking of ways to improve.
Manage tasks from ideation to completion with proper timeline and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and kitchen.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a graphic designer lead. (handled food, F&B brands are an advantage).
A well-rounded porUolio of diversified clients, demonstrates a strong understanding of client objective.
Working in the Advertising industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
