Maintaining good employer & employees’ relationship and monitoring labor dispute & complaint.
Monitoring and conducting labor compliance of company.
Monitoring and conducting internal compliance of company regarding to internal regulation, policies, standard and procedure.
Monitoring, updating legal requirement of Cambodia and conducting legal research as required.
Controlling staff contract

Jobs Requirement

Cambodian nationality
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Law and Management
Good computer literacy
Proficiency in Khmer and English language.
Good communication skill, willing to learn new thing and support others
Willing to get training oversea
