Jobs Description

In collaboration with other members of the Compact Management team: identify, develop, implement and maintain regulations, processes, methodologies and systems for the effective management of infrastructure projects.
Develop and maintain project plans.
Implement approved project plans (including the definition of milestones) within tolerances set by the Project Steering Committee
Integrate sustainability dimensions into the life cycle of a project, including capacity building, social inclusion and equality between men and women, and environmental and economic aspects.
Manage delivery of required products, take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources, and take corrective action if necessary.
Liaise with external suppliers and partners.
Authorize lots of work in accordance with delegated authority.
Inform the Steering Committee of the Project and the Project Director of possible deviations from the plan.
Identify and manage risks in order to maximize benefits for partners and stakeholders.
Manage and review the quality of products and ensure that products are accepted.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
Identify and report to the Director the opportunities for partnerships for the organization.
Identify and report to the Director threats to the organization’s internal affairs
Ensure that the organization’s communication requirements in relation to internal and external projects are identified, disseminated, and delivered.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor's degree in engineering and Road Construction
At least 4-5 years of experience in electrical field/MEP/construction
Has good knowledge of engineering drawings and specification preparation and review
Has good knowledge of project handling and management
Familiar with software’s such as Auto CAD, MS office, etc
Proficient in English and Khmer both writing and speaking
