Concept & Design Development: Create and deliver high-quality designs for print, digital, web, email, advertising, and other platforms, transforming concepts into impactful visuals that align with brand objectives.
Brand Identity: Ensure all creative work follows brand guidelines, delivering a cohesive and consistent visual identity across every touchpoint.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept to final delivery, meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and medical teams to understand project goals, incorporate feedback, and deliver solutions that meet both creative and business needs.
Quality Control: Review all final designs before production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with specifications.
Mentorship: Guide and support junior designers, providing constructive feedback and encouraging skill development.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep creative output fresh and innovative.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s in Graphic Design/Visual Arts or equivalent.
1–3+ years in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe illustrator; Photo Shop and other Design Platform
Strong sense of typography, color, layout, and composition.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and brand alignment skills
Fluent in Khmer and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
