Jobs Description

Lead research and development of new products as per the company’s product development plan, enhancing or improving existing offerings.
Manage engineering activities, including team coordination, project planning, and budget/schedule control.
Oversee preparation of technical documentation such as drawings, schematics, BOQ, specifications, and manuals.
Provide technical training and support to sales, marketing, and customer service teams, assisting with sales presentations and marketing materials.
Support sales, project execution, and production activities with technical expertise.
Monitor and respond to bidding opportunities, prepare bids, budgets, and contracts, and oversee implementation.
Collaborate on contract negotiations and management; prepare proposals and ensure compliance.
Conduct market studies and competitor analysis to inform product and service improvements.
Lead maintenance, repair, and improvement of project facilities; manage after-sales services.
Recruit, train, and mentor engineers and technicians; develop annual plans and work plans.
Organize and participate in trade fairs, customer events, field trips, and technical studies.
Ensure after-sales service quality, track maintenance schedules, and manage customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.
Manage IT department operations, ensuring effective system integration and technological support across all functions.
Generate reports on after-sales service performance, including revenues, project photos, completion timelines, and customer feedback.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (master’s preferred)
Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proficiency in Microsoft office, AutoCAD, and knowledge of MV, LV, and automation equipment.
Familiarity with Cambodian technical standards.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Khmer proficiency is a must
Fluent in English.
