- Design and implement efficient chassis assembly processes.

- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in quality, cost, and delivery.

- Apply lean manufacturing and TPS methodologies to optimize workflow.

- Specify, procure, and validate tools, jigs, and fixtures for chassis assembly.

- Collaborate with equipment suppliers and maintenance teams to ensure uptime and reliability.

- Monitor and improve quality metrics related to chassis components.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for defects.

- Support the introduction of new vehicle models by developing and validating new chassis processes.

- Coordinate with design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability.

- Ensure all processes comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.

- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or chassis systems preferred.

- Strong understanding of chassis components and vehicle dynamics.

- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
