Jobs Description

To arrange trucks for delivery based on the company’s daily sale plan.
To follow up closely on the truck arrangement and take necessary actions to prevent late delivery.
To work effectively with the contracted transport vendors to ensure the availability of their trucks to fulfill the company’s sale plan.
To visually inspect all loading trucks and take necessary actions to prevent unsafe loading regarding product quality and transportation.
To prepare/check payment report for truck drivers.
To prepare/check transport vendor’s payment statements.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Logistics
Operational and reporting.
Fleet Arrangement.
Good in English.
Transportation cost , Maintenance Controlling .
Good interpersonal skills.
Communication and problem solving.
Ability to work under pressure.
