MAIN FUNCTION

Site Manager are skilled artisans who construct, erect, install and renovate structures made of wood and other materials, ranging from kitchen cabinets to building frameworks. They work in various areas of construction.

• Reports, coordinates and supervises all aspects of projects, especially in interior decoration site

• Manages installation schedule by instructing installation workers

• Work closely with internal and external clients also coordinate with production and design team to run projects smoothly

• Provide technical supports to solve problems encountered

• Solving the problem immediately with clients’ needs with the maximum of your ability can decided

• Make sure install furniture correctly while checking other workers work properly

• improve knowledge about interior furniture install management such as planning, monitoring, and controlling, Material, time and equipment

• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Final spot check professionally before confirmed the project done to the clients

• Manage time installation to be done follow as dateline properly

• Ensure that all the project finished is completely checked with high quality products control

• Daily manage smoothly on operation process and production at site

• Well check and following all plan

• Prepare & check for all labour, material, for pre-production

• Prepare & check for all the schedule of labour, equipment for pre-production

• Follow up all production, material

• Follow up labour well work progress and well time management

• Ensure that all the finishing project are checked with the high-quality control properly

• Other task assigned from above management

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

• Experience:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3+ years in a senior management role (e.g., Operations Supervisor / Manager, Schedule Plant Manager, Installations Manager, etc.).

- Strong expertise in ERP system management (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

- Proven track record of managing production & installation teams and driving operational excellence.

- Experience in managing multi-functional teams and collaborating across departments.

- In-depth knowledge of production and installation processes, lean principles, and quality control
