* Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review all process and procedures of each job in all companies in group from end to end of each job in order to make it as standard especially for Sales Operation process

2. Develop more work process for any missing from any job at each department

3. Develop Internal Audit procedure, based on companies requirement to align with standard procedure

4. Keep on monitoring controlling of each job process from end to end to make sure that at job of each department are follow company policies and its process.

5. Schedules and plans audits; initiates project planning, assess risk and develops audit direction.

6. Performs audit work in office and on site (in marketing), including plan preparation, work papers, finding, and associated reports; verifies the accuracy of actual

implementation follow the procedure and guideline.

7. Keeps abreast of companies’ policies and procedures, current developments in all department and auditing professions, and changes in local, state, and federal laws, as applicable.

8. Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.

9. Produces report of audit result of each job after audit with recommendation for president/chairman with follow up schedule of improvement plan with each Department

10. Other job assigned by top management.

1. Cambodian, Male/Female, Age: not over 45years old

2. Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting, Audit field or related

3. At least 10 years of experience in Audit firm or related industry or in FMCG Trading

4. Certification/Licensure Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification must be active and good standing or must be practicing Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) will be a plus

5. Knowledge of financial recordkeeping procedures, laws, regulations, and standards and Sales Operation Procedure is a plus

6. Have knowledge and skill of developing Companies policies and procedure for trading company.

7. Strong knowledge of auditing concepts and principles.

8. Knowledge of governmental financial statements auditing and work paper review

9. Excellent communicate effectively, both orally and in writing for both English and Khmer

10. Strong Data analyze and problems solving skill

11. Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.

12. Ability to provide technical guidance and training to end users.

13. Ability to persuade and influence others.

14. Be able to travelling to work at market in Phnom Penh or travelling provinces on site audit

15. Independent and reliable person

16. Be able to work under pressure with limited supervision
