Jobs Description

* Franchise Development and Management

• Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with prospective franchisees, ensuring alignment with TUBE Coffee's brand values and growth strategy.

• Support franchisees through the application and onboarding process, providing essential training and resources.

• Develop and maintain franchise agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and franchise standards.


* Market Assessment and Location Evaluation

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential areas for new TUBE Coffee stores across Cambodia

• Assess potential locations by analyzing foot traffic, demographics, competition, and local regulations

• Work closely with real estate agents, property owners, and local authorities to secure optimal locations for TUBE Coffee franchises.


* Project Management for New Openings

• Oversee the entire setup process for new outlets, from lease negotiations through construction and interior design, ensuring each location adheres to brand standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to ensure smooth transitions from construction to opening.

• Monitor timelines and budgets for each project, proactively addressing any issues to prevent delays.


* Handover and Operational Readiness

• Coordinate with franchisees and the operations team to complete all opening checklists, training, and certifications.

• Hand over completed outlets to the operations team, ensuring readiness for launch and compliance with brand standards.

• Provide post-opening support to ensure initial success and foster positive franchisee relations.


* Additional Responsibilities

• Send monthly Inventory, Maintenance, and QC reports to all franchisees.

• Acknowledge and address all comments and feedback from franchisees.

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including construction, delivery, third-party, Kofi services, and Orkin agreements.

• Implement company policies consistently across all franchisees.

• Prepare and submit responses to feedback/appraisal questionnaires to the CEO.

• Address all customer complaints received by the company.

• Maintain a Franchisee Tracking List.

• Review and audit monthly inventory reports.

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Minimum 4-5 years of business development experience in a corporate environment, with a focus

on franchise or retail expansion.

• Strong understanding of market analysis, location selection, and the franchise business model.

• Proven project management experience, especially in handling end-to-end retail or F&B location

openings.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
