Job Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement Sales & Marketing plans in the relevant market sectors

+ Set objectives and creating strategies for increasing sales and profits

+ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

+ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

+ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

+ Build up, organize, and run a business development team with different functions, such as sales, marketing, client engagement

+ Organize events related to sales, branding marketing and promotion activities for the company

Job Requirement:

+ At least 3 years experience at the same position

+ Diploma/bachelor’s degree

+ Strong commitment, market knowledge

+ Fluently in English communication

+ Excellent in communication, management, leadership

+ Ability to travel extensively monthly throughout the regions of responsibility.

+ Self-motivated, independent with strong interpersonal skills and a hunger for success.

+ Commercial Mindset and Strong Negotiation skills.
