• Serve as an Acting Risk Manager to lead risk management department in managing Operational Risk, Liquidity & Market Risk, Credit Risk and IT Risk;

• Establish and enhance Risk Management Framework within the Bank (Identification; measurement and assessment; mitigation; reporting and monitoring; and governance);

• Assist Risk Manager to develop/update and maintain risk management policies, guidelines and Business Continuity Framework and to also be in compliance with Prakas;

• Assist Risk Manager to formulate appropriate risk limits and risk methodologies to ensure market standards and the fulfillment of regulatory requirements;

• Support other divisions/departments/units to establish internal controls and monitor effectiveness of those controls thereafter;

• Support Risk Manager to monitor risk tolerance and risk appetite of each risk exposure for the Bank;

• Implement the risk management techniques; and review and oversight of all works performed by subordinates from all risk units under risk management function.

• Review and file monthly and quarterly reports for ALCO and RMC respectively; and assist in the recordings of the meetings.

• Conduct an annual Liquidity Stress Testing with relevant departments and submit to the NBC on an annual basis.

• Together with operational risk staff, assessing and compiling New Product/Service risks with product owner and coordinator before launching;

• Act on behalf of Risk Manager to attend meetings with BUs to advising on both current and newly emerging risks.

• Assist Group Company to fulfill subsidiary requirement such as standard RCSA and KRI template.

• Maintain close contact with compliance team, external regulators and auditors on related risk issues;

• Monitor the changes in supervisory practices by local authorities/Basel

• Bachelor Degree in Finance & Banking, Economics, ACCA or related fields

• 5 years-experience in BFIs is preferable.

• Experiences from Audit firm (big 4) or Risk Management of Commercial Bank is preferable.

• Good understanding of laws and regulations, particularly related to BFIs

• Good in Microsoft Office, especially excel

• Good problem solving and negotiation skills

• Initiative, flexible and good interpersonal skill

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellence in both written and spoken English language
