• Involved in the Project planning, organizing and management of structural design team to meet the client

expectation and Monitor the design process from feasibility studies/ report, standard, designed

development, technical design, tender document, bid process and construction consultation.

• Produce /check/ review the structural design and calculation note.

• Meet with corporate heads and clients on a regular basis.

• Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients, communicate with the client and advice client to get the final solution.

• Develop and prepare the Project Master schedule for project, follow up, review, revise according to the

project by maintain deadline of the project smoothly.

• Prepare the task for the team members, reviewing, revise, and follow up the resource of the team

comparing with work and provide the solution to complete with in deadline.

• Review the task require and request from other department including drawings, document or reference

requirement make sure all the require document is priority deliver on time to the team and get the job done.

• Develop review and revise the quality control system for the project and each department to reach the

goal.

• Keep track of all revision and comment.

• Evaluate the work and the resource usage, provide the comment if needed.

• Coordinate with team member make sure all the revision is being spread and well understood.

• To exhibit strong design expertise Develop & implement quality of design and lead design production

according to building codes, law, client requirements and architectural graphic standards.

• Lead the team to do the structural design.

• Good understanding the building service and architecture design.

• To exhibit strong technical expertise with clear understanding of materials, structure, method statement,

quality, buildable, and basic MEP systems.

• Review the technical drawings, specification, material, before sending out.

• Lead the team to review the tender document.

• Review the Construction document (materials, shop drawings, method statement) to comply with the

specification safety and progress.

• Manage dealing with problem coming up from the construction.

• Lead, monitor, and motivate the team to get the creative design matches the client vision, expected cost,

quality and standard.

• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

• A recognized bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer or equivalent

• A minimum of 10-year experience in the role

• Good command of English communication both spoken and written

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project applications

• Highly detail oriented with strong accuracy and precision

• Proficient in using computer programs such as AutoCAD, Structural software, etc.

• Experience in a Construction Company will be an advantage
