_ Prepare and check facility and security documentation.

_ Check and comment on facility and security documentation prepared by external lawyer.

_ Check appropriate security and facility documents are properly executed.

_ Arrange safe-keeping of original facility and security documents.

_ Follow up and ensure valuation reports of properties have been obtained from professional surveyors at scheduled intervals.

_ Ensure insurance on properties charged to the Branch are properly taken out by the

Branch or the borrower and follow up on insurance renewal.

_ Prepare, update and check relevant reports (monthly/quarterly) to relevant departments

and management.

_ Witness signing of guarantee.

_ Be responsible for matters related to custodian services of shares and financial assets.

_ Prepare documents or check documents prepared by lawyer relating to litigation.

_ Performs branch’s assignments in accordance with Head Office’s directives, regulatory

guidelines and requirements and prudent practice to achieve the business of Branch.

_Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

_ Bachelor Degree or higher in Economics, Law or related field

_ At least 5 years’ in relevant working experience (Banking Industry)

_ Understand of legal and Cambodia banking law.

_ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team

_ Excellent communication skills in English for writing, reading and speaking

_ Be able to work under pressure
