Jobs Description

Assist the Operations Director in day-to-day marketing-related tasks at store level.
Researching and brainstorming each stage of the project.
Delegating assignments to members of the Graphics department, as needed.
Coordinating efforts to ensure that campaigns are completed.
Adhering to time and financial restrictions.
Tracking changes in consumer engagement following the roll-out of each marketing campaign.
Compiling reports detailing the effects exerted by each campaign, and sharing these with Operations Director.
Coordinate with Brand Managers on all brands-related marketing activities including social media management, creative development, contest management, event management, etc.
Participate in weekly internal marketing meetings with the Operations Director.
Constant email communications with relevant departments.
Assist in bi-monthly marketing planning with Marketing Managers and respective Brand Managers.
Assist the Marketing Manager on all production-related matters including briefing of suppliers, delivery of POS materials to stores, etc.

Jobs Requirement

Good command of written and spoken English.
Basic understanding of marketing and brand management.
Eager to learn new things, flexible and possess a can-do attitude.
Able to accept challenges and work under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills, friendly, confident and communicative.
