A Tax Officer / Senior Tax Officer under the Finance and Admin Department is responsible for working on tax activities including tax planning,

tax compliance, and preparation of corporate and personal tax returns.

The role of the Tax Officer involves both advisory and compliance aspects. Tax officers must understand tax legislation, compliance with relevant laws, and the impact this has on a business.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare tax declaration forms such as VAT, PPT, WHT, and Profit Tax.

• Meeting deadlines for tax declarations (monthly tax, annual tax, etc.)

• Understand, analyze, and process financial accounting data so that legal documents can be properly presented to the General Department of Taxation.

• Create a tax strategy and procedures to help the company maintain or improve its benefits.

• Work with the General Department of Taxation to submit all documents for tax declaration

• Make tax payments at banks.

• Prepare/copy all documents for tax audit

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent

• Proven years of experience in taxation

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Hard-working, fast learning, and highly responsible for work

• Ability to use MS Office, accounting software, Internet, and Email

• Ability to work under pressure
